We've upgraded our support software to help us deliver a better service to our customers. All existing tickets have been successfully migrated into the new system and we're ready to continue working without interuption. Using our online support system, users can create tickets containing the details of an issue, including screenshots or supporting files. Our staff then have an opportunity to research issues, and respond online or by telephone. At any time the status and entire history of a ticket is available for review.
